1. Digital Product NatureAll products sold on this website are digital educational products (online courses and training materials). Once access to the digital content has been granted, the product cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The course content has not been substantially accessed, downloaded, or completed.

A course is considered “substantially accessed” if the user has viewed a significant portion of the digital materials or downloaded a majority of the files.

Requests that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at purchase.

The refund amount may be adjusted based on the payment provider’s policies and fees.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after approval.

5. No Refunds in Certain CasesRefunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 14 days from purchase
  • The course content has been substantially accessed or downloaded
  • The request does not include complete order details
