Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once access to the course has been granted.

RefundsRefunds are not provided after the customer has received access to the digital content.

ExceptionsA refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issues that permanently prevent access to the product and cannot be resolved
